Description
Duties include: Working for a cannabis grower/processor
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits
- Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers and drain lines
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
- Cleans and stores tools and equipment
- Must be able to use tools of the trade, as well as common office machines, including copiers
- Maintains records and logs as needed to document work performed
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 6 months of maintenance experience required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to climb on ladders
The work schedule is generally M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm.
